8th of November with Ivy - Pelvis isolations

Pelvic isolations are a useful tool to connect to your body rolls, hips mobility and floorwork tricks. Learning this isolation will give you a new sense of connection and understanding on how to move your body in free flow environments like on the dance floor and in your room.

    Kneepads needed, heels are optional

15th of November with Ivy - Shoulder stands and exit variations

Want to learn more floor acro movement. A shoulder stand is a perfect place to start. Ivy will be breaking down how to get safely into shoulder stands and a variety of ways to exit them in style depending on where you are at.

    Kneepads needed, heels are optional

22nd of November with Ivy - Fish Flops

An epic floor trick that will elevate any floor routine. This is also a great stepping stone onto some more complex floor tricks, opening your body up to a new way of moving.

    No Kneepads, heels are optional

29th of November with Scarlett - Stripper Dive Downs

Dive downs are a stylised way to dive onto the floor. You will learn how and where to hold tension, what body parts so isolate. As well how to create space between your chest and/or stomach on the floor. Giving you a new way to sink into the floor. This is a classic slinky style, stripper floorwork technique. There will be different variations on how to enter into these movements alongside some transitions like slinky body rolls.

    Kneepads needed, heels are optional
